D-pad = toggle between menu items and scroll through submenu selection screens.
X-button = accept highlighted menu item and accelerate.
Triangle-button = previous screen.
D-pad or left analog stick = steer, lean, pitch, trick extension and tweak while holding trick buttons.
Right analog stick = accelerate and reverse.
Select-button = re-spawn.
Square-button = brake and reverse.
Circle or R3-button = nitro boost.
R1 and L1-buttons = tricks.
R2-button = change driver view.
