Ricky Carmichael is back, and this time his game’s got a little extra attitude. Following in the tire tracks of MX2002, this title has all of the excitement its predecessor brought to the table with a few new twists and turns for racing fans. Choose form any of 28 real pro riders (or create your own), pick a mode of play, and get ready to kick up some dirt. A unique Roam mode lets you explore expansive environments, while Freestyle mode is much improved and includes more tricks than ever.
The range of new and old tracks is staggering, with fun additions like a golf course, the Outdoor Nationals, and others. If, for some reason, these locales aren’t enough for you, you can even create your own. There are also tons of new tricks and combos, most of which require skilled controller work on your part. Intuitive physics and detailed 3D graphics give MX SUPERFLY the look and feel of an actual competition, and you just can’t beat this soundtrack. Play alone or tear it up against a pal.
